What delivery options can I choose from?
There are three delivery options available from Personal Vapour.
Standard Delivery: £4.99 – FREE postage on ALL orders £25 and over. Delivery usually within 2-3 working days.
Royal Mail Tracked Standard Delivery: £5.99 – Delivery usually within 2-3 working days.
Premium Delivery: £8.99 – Royal Mail 24 Tracked Delivery – Delivery usually the next working day, if ordered before 3pm.
Please note: When Royal Mail are on strike, deliveries on all services may take slightly longer than advertised. We apologise in advance for any delays and inconvenience.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed Monday – Friday before 3pm and Saturday before 11am will be dispatched the same day. All other times and days will be dispatched the following day.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes we do but you will need to contact us for up to date prices for the postage region.
Where do you you ship in the UK?
We cover all areas of the UK but postage may take longer to some outlying areas. Please contact us if you think you may be in one of these areas and we will do our best to offer a reliable deliver service. Here are some of the main areas we deliver to.
TRACKING & PACKAGING
Can I change my delivery method once the order has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change your delivery method once the product has been shipped.
Can I expect discreet packaging?
All our packaging is plain with no identifiable logos on the envelope or box.
Will you let me know that you’ve received my order?
An order confirmation from Personal Vapour will arrive by email shortly after your payment has been processed. If you haven’t received this, please check your junk/spam folder before getting in touch with our support team.
Will you let me know that my order has been shipped?
Yes. You will receive an email to notify you when your order has been dispatched. If you haven’t received this, please check your junk/spam folder before getting in touch with our support team.
Will I receive tracking for my order? (check procedures with Royal Mail)
If you have opted for either Standard Delivery Tracked or Premium Delivery, you will receive an email once your order has been dispatched of how to find your tracking number. When you order Monday – Friday before 3pm your tracking number should go live that evening.
My Tracking number isn’t working!
It could be that the tracking is not yet live. Your tracking will become live once the delivery company has received your parcel, if you have placed your order Monday – Friday before 3pm, your tracking will become live that evening.
What happens if my order arrives and has been damaged during delivery?
A claim can be made to the delivery company, if your order has been damaged during shipping. In the first instance email email@example.com with photos of the damaged goods and postal label, we will also need your order number.
What should I do if I don’t receive my order?
If you had Standard Delivery and your order has not been received in 7 days or you had Premium Delivery and your tracking number says your order has been delivered but you believe it hasn’t, in the first instance please email us. Include the details of your order including your Personal Vapour order number and we will open an investigation with the delivery company.

Once you have received your Royal Mail tracking number, you can track your order via the following link, Royal Mail Track and Trace
Last Christmas postal dates for Royal Mail (dates not released yet)
15th December for standard shipping
18th December for premium delivery
Will there be Christmas and New Year delays to orders?
There will be limited dispatch of orders during the Christmas/New Year period of 23rd December 2023 through to 1st January 2024.
Dispatch dates during this period are limited to 27th, 28th and 29th December 2023 due to Company opening days and times. Orders placed during this time will be dispatched on the next working day.
Personal Vapour will revert to normal working times and days from 2nd January 2024.
